I use twin screw ,but want to konw simple information.Can you tell some textbooks about them using to alloy polymer and how to buy them ? If machine screw rotate more high mean shear force more strong which feed speed is constant,but die pressure is more low.Feed speed mean process mixing time ,screw rotate mean shesr force ,blend temperature mean polymer viscosity and blend energy .I do not know my theory right. I want to get better mixture ,how can I do.Finally Thank you help.
