Can somebody please advice me on Reactive Extrusion of LDPE?

Is this actually worth all the investment? Isn't there a way to do all the modifications off-line ? Then again, will it be worth it?

And if reactive extrusion really is the best option, what screw types (cheapest yet most efficient) would you recommend?

So what are you trying to "react" with the LDPE?

Without knwing this, it is like shooting arrows into the sky with no target selected.

Please be more specific.
