I have a twin screw extruder with counter rotating screws 75mm diam. screws with post extrusion equipment like cooling-sizing mandrel and winder, high pressure plunger metering pump for injecting liquid carbon dioxide gas into the melted polymer while extrusion.

Can I use the machine for producing low density foams with density of 0.02-0.025 g/cc used as protective packing sheet. Thickness of sheet range from 1mm (min.) to 4mm (max.) in standard width of 1.5 metres.
