Not that I am aware of, and I have looked for a long time. Some researchers have done modeling of counter rotating and may be able to provide you with something. Tom C IP: Logged |

Try contacting Cincinnati Milacron in Batavia Ohio----they produce both conical and parallel counter-rotating twin screw extruders---and may well have developed some computer models for counter-rotating twin screws. Other than that, I can "talk my way" down to what happens in a screw/barrel when a rigid PVC comound --i.e.pipe--traverses the extruder.
