We are using Twin screw Extruder(made in China)to extrude recycled Transparent PET Flakes to make wire. But we are getting the Brownish colour problem in wire i.e. it should be in clear colour. We have changed the temp.,Screw speed,feed speed ,but the result is the same. we have also used some additives, but in this case , we get 50% transparent material and 50% brownish, Can any body suggest the temperature range or some other aditive? if yes, Please suggest.

Have you considered that the die could be the problem?
