Hi

We are running manual QC checks every 30 mins with Micrometers which on all shifts have been to the spec required.
However our customers are rejecting the material due to thinning drastically once formed.
What is causing this problem and how can we identify this in the future

Thanks

Are you making sheet?

Is the customer thermoforming the sheet?

Have you changed the formula or the source of resin recently?

Has your customer changed his process?
