I trust that you are looking for aliphatic (straight chinn) PU, as aromatics do funny things in an autoclave based on research - long ago published. However, why PU? IP: Logged |

Thermedics has multiple grades that they advertise for medical use, both Aromatic and Alliphatic. You will pay for it, but they won't give you a runaround like Dow or Dupont or the other big guys do for medical use. IP: Logged |

Hi, So this is very late in replying, but I figure it may be of interest to other users.I am an r&d engineer for The Polymer Technology Group. We specialize in long-term implantable medical grade polyurethanes. Our materials are used by a host of large medical device manufacturers, and can be tailored to your specific requirements. We also help companies bring products to market by manufacturing medical device components. That is actually the department I work for, and I do a lot of work with injection molding.
