Hi! I am currently doing some projects on PVC tubing for medical device. But there are a few problems that I had encountered. one of them is the gel problem. I tried adjusting some of the possible factor like increasing the temperature, increasing mesh and using of maddock screw. But they doesnt seems to help...

Will the resin quality contribute to the problem ? Can a better resin quality improve it ?

Resin quality will cause gels. Has you machine ever produced good parts?

my machine used to produce nice tubing without fisheyes or nibs. However, this problem arise when I change my pellet source.

Is it true that asia has limited capability to produce higher quality resin as compared to places like japan ?
