Is there a way to seperate the foam from the pe once it is processed?

how about heating ? The PE will melt and the foam vanishes..
Is that what you need ? If not, could you describe your problem little closer ?

this is mat'l that was not up to cust specs.It was either blown too much or from startup process. It is a micro pellet produced on an underwater pelletizer.WE have another product that we make with pe rainbow,WE would like to use this pe foam in it but the foam is not blown until it is processed.If we add it in its present state the customers product will ultimately change when the foam expands during processing.What we are trying to do is preblow the foam out our vent and end up with straight pe.So far the profiles I've tried have not worked.Appreciate any suggestions you might have.
