Since nobody gets paid to do any of this,
we consider the moderators to be knowledgeable professionals from vary industries willing to share some of their experiences and to help facilitate some of the discussions. Since these individuals have other real jobs, we have a number of them so no one needs to always be "on duty". I hope this answers your question. Please forward any concerns you have. We are always open to suggestions and improvements.
