I am thinking of buying plastic bags pelletizer - I will be greatful if you can advice me of which the best recycle machine for plastic HDPE , LDPE and LLDPE bags.

Is it the wind-cooling die-face cutting or water-cooling one?

What are the questions to be asked to the recycle machine manufacturer concerning the machine specification?
