Hello,
I am Saygin Celen, and a mech. eng. master's student in the Univ. of Mass.
I'd like to ask a couple of questions, which are about my thesis.
1- What kind of apparatus (vapor and watering) is needed in the 1st, 2nd, and 4th sectios/units of the extruder to give the required shape to the product after the head, and how are these found?

2- What is the ideal rotation of the extruder shaft?( meaning what is the proportion of the shaft revolving to the capacity and the hp of the motor?)

3- What is the use of the vacuum pump that is assembled to the last section of the barrel, and which should be used for the various capacities?
