Dear Sasa:

Your problem is not new. Unfortunatly, I have not idea about the characteristics of your extruder. But, extrusion process is both a science and an art. So, if you have the necesary electrical energy, and your extruder have the posibility of multiple configurations (screw speed, shearlocks, reverse flight screws, cut flight screws, etc) you must combine it to discover the exact configuration for your product.

Remember: Every formula have an ideal configuration of the extruder. If you change the added fat, or the moisture, the grindding, etc, the configuration must change for getting a good quality (starch gelatination) product.
This is the part of "art". Because getting the right extruder profile is easy if you have experience. Do not worry, insist. I had the same problems when I start.

Sincerely

Pd.- Sorry for the english, is not my mothertongue
