hello I have an extruder inotec 100 (production = 500Kg per hour We try to make fish feed for african catfish but don't have a good formula: the pellet is not floating and we have a recurent problem: the extrusion process works for 7 seconds then we have a blast with vapor and dry flour coming through the extruder for 7 seconds, then it works again for 7 second and the cycle starts again What is wrong??? also how much humidity and fat should we have before extrusion (we are working wiyh 20% humidity and 5% fat)thank you IP: Logged |
