I am a student at the Department of Food Technology and NutritionTechnological in the Educational Institution of Thessaloniki, Greece, and I am writing to request help on making my decision regarding the specifications for a single screw dough extruder, I need for my project. Do you think you could propose * screw diameter and metering depth * prefered screw angular velocity (and max) * and price knowing that the processing amount of dough is 700 kg/h and assuming the density of dough at about 1430 kg/m3 Do you think that you could provide me the same information about an single screw margarine extruder? we can offer extruders for food extrusion as required by you.Please get in touch with us for a quote.
For 700 kgs per hour dough extrusion you would need a 150 mm extruder and approx cost for exruder with controls and drive would be approx US$175000.0 and for margarine extrusion approx 65 kgs per hour you would need an 65 mm extruder which would cost approx with dives and controls US$ 25000.0.
