Try contacting C.W.Brabender, South Hackensack NJ. (they have a web site). They offer a line of "food" lab extruders, called "Farinographs" to measure consistency of flour blends of pastas and doughs. Ask for Kevin Van Allen, Director of Sales. Their history goes back to the 1930's, and one of the founders, Martha Brabender, received an honorary Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas years ago for her pioneering work in developing test methods for the food industry.IP: Logged |
