Could you please give me some advice. I am experiencing a problem with bubbles occuring on the finish product in our factory. The injection being used is Thermal Plastic Poly.Any suggestions that you may have that might be the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Janie: Poly what? Are the bubbles occuring during the molding or after the parts are out of the mold? The specics need to be posted as without them, evryone on this forum is lost.

if u had written the material then it was easy to answer. but some general type solutions are :-1.reduce suck back off set.i 2.reduce injection speed.3.if material used need proper drying then check dry temp , if temp is right then time to dry before production is to b kept in mind , next step is to chek thermocouple of hopper dryer , size of hopper is importent it shuld b according to shot weight . in small hoppers material residennce time is les then time needed to dry, one more thing is to chek the mesh in the lower side of hopper from where the hot air enters , it may b broken and material may come in hot air path and restrricting it from uniform spreading in hopper and hence some side of hopper remains with out hot air.4.higher barrel temperatures cause degradation of material resuling in degradation gases.5 higer back pressure also cause degration.
