I'm interested to start a plastic manufacturing business. In the beginning I want to manufacture medium size parts using injection molding machine. I
want complete informations for this business.
The size of the injection molding machine, plastic material and other
relevant informations. Also I would like to know your charges for the guidance for this business. Thanks.

I think you will get instantaneous reponse's if you give everyone an idea of the size, and annual volume of your "parts". Once you've accomplished this, you could also try plastic.com as well. There is a lot of expertise out there but you can't be vague on this intricate subject. IP: Logged |

Business depends on your investment, target market, shifts to be operated and above all where u are putting the unit.. in a labour cheap country or capital expensive place. Next, how do u get the molds etc...
My suggestion is start as a vendor / custom-molder, gain experience, enlarge your vision and then go big. NO HARM IN BEING LATE BUT BE SURE TO WIN------------------

Hi Dinesh, I represent Sandretto SpA from Italy. To set up an injection moulding company isn't difficult. We do a complete turnkey projects. First, we need to take a look into your products. Sandretto SpA doesn't just supply machines nowadays, we work together to produce the part you need. Then you need to look into the market to see where can you sell your plastic parts. Another thing is to check ROI (return of investment). If you have the market, easily you can break-even around 6 months or so. Our machines are designed to be extremely energy saving, thus saving you a lot on monthly operational costs. Don't go for the initial investment. That is the capital cost. The most important is the operational costs which includes labor, electrical, water, oil..etc. Our injection moulding ranges from 30 tons to 5500 tons, both hydraulic, and toggle clamping units.
