I have query concerning a Demag D40-151 injection moulding machine!every time a run a part on semi-automatic the finished part is ejected, but on the second run it has to be ejected manually. every time it is put back to semi-automatic after manual it is able to eject again but the same problem occurs again on the second run! i would appreciate any thoughts anyone might have as it is my year project for college. Thanks!

Sounds like the mold is heated by the first part, so the second part does not cool enough to release.
