Hi,
I have a problem with a milacron machine..Some times, when the injection unit reachs the transfer position, it make a .500" retraction and then it continues with the hold and pack steps..I am trying to figure out what could cause it with out succes..What I have seeing, is this retraction is made due the controller is telling by a binary signal to the valve to made this movment, so, with this , I am discarting a bad funtion of the PDI valve..Does any one could help me to figure out the root cause ?? Thanks....
