I am looking for a laboratory feeding device that is able to handle sludges and moist wood sawdust. The feed can be ground to particle sizes smaller than 300 micron. I need feed rates in the range of 6-600 g/h up to a pressure of 350 bar. I think a feed screw could do the job. Do you have any experience with that type of feed? If not, is there a test unit available to make some tests with our feedstock?

I think you need a gear pump. Try Zenith. I know someone who can build a system including injector valves if needed.
