Hi,

I want to design a pilot-scale pulping units. The material would be either wood particles or grass. This continuous process would be operated under high pressure (350-400 psi) and high temperature (200-230 degree c). The materials would be transported by a screw conveyor first and stepwise pressurized with one single or two consecutive screw-feeders. Direct steam and hot liquid injections would be preferred to raise the temperature and pressure in the screw feeders. The feeding flow rate of the dry particles would range from 5-10 lbs/hour.

It was difficult for me to find a manufacturer who is experienced in the design and producing of this type of feeders. Please kindly provide me with any useful information you have(your experience, the name of the company, et al). Your advice would be agreatly appreciated.
