I've just heard about a gun shoot where one has a "powderless bullet". Any idea what the propellent is?

They are regular .22 cal brass, without powder and a 20 grain lead. The Mexican ammunition company Aguila produces a line of them. Realistically, it turns your regular .22 into a pellet gun. I use them indoors, not at the range... but at home.
