Topic: Need to move dry lime

This posting was done anonymously, however the poster is known to FSD administration and will be provided to any interested party should it be benifical to this inquiry.I am looking for options to move a dry Lime (minus 3/8") product into a 170 PSI atmosphere. Sounds like you would need a conveyor belt feeding a surge hopper. That surge hopper would discharge into an "air lock hopper" which depending on requirements could be pressurized before discharging into the process. There are lots of differnt valves and discharge bin designs to chose from. Likely a rotary valve would not hold the pressure or hold up in this application.Tom C
