Our company is looking at mixing hot melt adhesive with a screw extruder. Is there anyone out there doing this already who can share any informtion with us? Or is there a company making equipment that would be suitable?

Typically this is done on a fully intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder. These machines handle low viscosity melts well, and so are the machine of choice for this application.

Please contact me directly for recommended companies.
