Nice site you have here. I would like to kindly inquire about machinery that makes disposable corrugated tubes, similar to those used in the medical industry (a picture can be found in (www.rcna.com/medical/p-4.htm)I believe these types of tubes are made through the blow extrusion method using Ethylene Vinyl Acetate as raw material. Some freinds are informing me that the machinery used is single screw extruders, but I'm not sure. I would greatly appreciate if you could guide me, as I intend to make a small company (less than US$25,000 capitol) to start off in just making disposable tubes and transparent conduit. IP: Logged |

ahmed: US$ 25,000 is just a small star, as you will learn that you'll need an extruder (single screw), a properly designed die, a water tank for cooling - but enclosed to pull a vacuum (called a vacuum sizer) - which assures you of maintaining your outer diameter, a moving cutter and then of course manpower.A good rule of thumb is to double the qoutes you recieve. The qoute for the equipment is one, then the other half is for it's wiring, installation, brick and morter. IP: Logged |
