Can you help me find the most cost effective extrusion process. Sounds to me that you have the beginning of a vacuum sizer water bath. You'll need more than just pumps though to make it operational. Can you post a picture of it? Also, look all over it for a name, or model #. Usually, it's pretty easy to find, but you might even look under the bottom.IP: Logged |

Generally speaking, an open tank is the easy way out, but may not give the best results for PE. As stated iby another member, vacuum sizing would work best.What exactly are you looking for in the way of an answer, line speeds? tooling design help? sizing method? IP: Logged |
