the product that I'm manufacturing is pipe in nylon 6, 15.5 mm o.d. and wall thickness is 1.7 mm

I'm having some troubles with tip and die
currently I'm usin a stainless steel no 304
and the trouble is when I need to change the tip is broken leaving a piece of the tip inside of the spider.
Also what is the equipment to cleaning it?.
currently is used a torche.

some body knows which is the proper steel grade. and the proper equipment to cleaning it?
thanks..
