Hi! I need help on coextrusion of a PVC-U pressure pipe (PN10). This pipe has been made sucessfully using normal extrusion. We now started to try making it with coextrusion, but we have had some problems. The main problem are the tests, beeing the most critical one the resistance to external blows by the round-clock method at 0ēc. The formulation compared to the normal extrusion has been the same.
Does anyone have an idea on how to solve the problem?

Thanks

Problem solved by lowering the temperatures in the feed block. We had only tried lowering the temperatures on both extruders and so lowering the melt temperature.
Anyway case solved and tests at 0ēc doing just fine
