how can manufacture the pvc pipes from scrap pvc in profitable?

Scrap rigid PVC, if clean and free of burnt specs and dirt can be extruded at 100% scrap IF it is micro- pulverized to the small 40 mesh particle sizes and run on a twin screw extruder to make smaller non-pressure pipes (DWV, irrigation, etc.)
Since it is fully fused, starve feeding at the throat is best, to avoid high amps and overheating.
