What do you mean by "scrap PVC"?? Is it raw PVC resin powder that has never been extruded, or is it chopped regrind from an earlier extrusion?? If it's raw PVC resin powder, I can give you a formulation.
If it's chopped regrind, it already has the additives---and needs only a litle extra stabilizer and pulverization to re-extrude.
