Good Day to all,
We manufacture HDPE pipe of 4.5 inch Diameter and .260' Wall. Recently we have been plaguged by lube failures. (guess the home made lube delivery system was not such a good idea after all).
So I was wondering if there is a way of elliminating the lube form pipe making process all together? Any thoughts.

Does High heat play a part on the plastic sticking to the sizing sleves? Our process is running at 247 deg C.(Melt Temprature).

Thanks
Raoul Soni
