Hello
We are a manufactor of stationary and packaging products, and a bying the foil from our suppliers. Maybee it could be interessting for us to produce our own foilAre there second hand extruders on the marked who are suiatable for foil-extrusion of PP, A-PET and Soft PVC ??
Product Specifications:
Soft PVC: clear and colored, 0,1mm to 0,35mm
PP: "frostet" look, 0,3mm to 1,2mm
A-PET: 0,25mm to 0,5mm
The system needs to produce with varius embossings: leather/sand, sand/sand and maybee glossy/glossy max with of equipment = appx. 1000mm IP: Logged |

To produce the type of foils you mention you will need downstream equipment in addition to the extruder.The types of material you mention would ideally require different screw geometries for optimum output.

WE can offer a complete line for production of PET/PP and PVC films/foils in widths upto 1000 mm and in in various thicknesses mentioned.The size of the extruder could be 65 /75 mm or larger depending on production requirements.The production range on 65 mm should be upto 60 kgs per hour and on 75 mm upto 100 kgs per hour depending on polymer,thickness of sheet and line speed.
A complete line with extruder drives control panel and take off equipment including winder with additional screw to run PP/PVC and also with a desicant dehumidifying dryer would cost in the range of US$150000.0 to 200000.0 brand new.FOB Indian sea port.
