Did anyone go to Antec?What did you think? Did you come away with any new technology or ideas? I thought there were more people and vendors than I expected. The vendors were more positive than they expected. Perhaps this is a sign the economy is about to rebound. Some of the more interesting papers for me: Floresence technique for measuring melt temperature. Twin screw melting study of a PP / PS mixture. Melt separationg extruder from Germany. Been a member of SPE since 1996 and I've yet to make it to an ANTEC - But I like the fact that SPE have made copies of the papers presented at the ANTECs from 1998 on, available for members to download ( free ) http://www.4plasticsresearch.org/ Steve H IP: Logged |
