Good morning, I am looking for some feed back on Ultrasonic cleaning pertaining to Extrusion Dies and Sizers. I have the usual brochures and "propoganda" from a few of our usual suppliers but it always helps to have as many pieces to the puzzle as possible. The company that I currently buy tooling from suggested that we could cut down on inconsistency and labor by investing in some Ultrasonic Equipment. I am not so much worried about the labor but the consistency. I have read a few articles and related material but would like to hear from some of you ladies and gentlemen in the Plastics Industry.
