We are also working with the construction industries in the field of Insulation and falls Ceiling .

We are Interested in the manufacturing of PE foam sheet for insulation purpose and rapping and packing material from .05mm to 50mm thick in multi layers with
help of jointing machine of deferent layers to produce signal thickness sheet sizes required as under 0.5mm to 5mm signal sheet extrusion .

Also a Jointing Machine 5mm to 50mm with multi layers .

Production requirements are 150 kg to 300 kg /per hours.

Electrical system 400 volts to 440 volts 50 hz.

5- Sheet width 1200mm.

6- Machine life 15 to 20 years minimum.

7- Budget depends on the performance of machine .

8- Prefer machine German made .

We would like recommendation for raw material manufacture , please also advise the blowing agent and
additive for the manufacturing of sheet and relevant product such as pipe insulation extrusion 12mm to
300mm Dia meter and also rod extrusion 10mm to 50mm.
