I am looking for an extruder who is willing and able to produce small runs of
high-performance reinforced plastics, like glass filled Ultem, and carbon
filled PEEK, in rod stock. The quantities needed right now are prototypical,
and the larger players (Ensinger, Quadrant, etc.) have larger minimums than can the current projects can support. Can you advise? Thank you.

You might try one of our suppliers, Garland Manufacturing. They've done glass-filled extrusions for us before, but I don't know if they do anything other than UHMW Polyethylene.

I am currently working with an overseas supplier on screw designs for extruding high perfromance, high temperature materials (all the materials you have listed) for stock shape manufacturing. If you could tell me your requirements I can have them quote you for your job.

Hi Lou,Have you found a supplier for the extrusions your are looking for? If not please let me have your contact information as well as your requirements. I am currently working with a profile extrusion compnay who is extruding the materials (speciality in extruding polyacetals and PEEK from Gharda as well as Victrex) you are looking for.
