I introduce myself,
I am asking what you can offer in the way of suitable choice for some more small lab 25mm compound extruders conical twin screw design with (air blown compound pellet) and also if you have complimentary profile extruders (25mm) suitable for small profile samples within the lab.
I have been for 6 yrs involved in the Rheology field in the pursuit of a range of mixed composites (ratios and formula formation.) I have concentrated upon virgin and or waste singular and or mixed polyfin families and chelating nano cellulosic fibres as commingled compositions.
I've looking at technical assistance comparison and discussion and choice for:- facilitators and marrying agents, even autoclaving and solid state particle micronizing machinery.
I am also looking later/sooner at a series of larger side fed “direct” and or “indirect fed” machines for both applications. I’m also in pursuit of multi lamination capability.
I'm also relocating my own lab (personal) to an Asian country this month to continue this endeavor. There, once completed the final mile of Lab Work will then set up a substantial manufacturing facility.
The facility when finished will be capable of manufacturing by method of extrusion, injection and roto-molding processes finished products and will be available for tooling relationships as well as manufacturing composite compounds (pellet and powder form) for subsequent sale to interested customers, seeking cheaper mix performance or non performance blends for multitude end use application.
