Do you know some references in bibliography or other informations about the xray diffraction use for the polymer/clay nano composites

All I can say for sure is that XRD is the only noted way to measure for true clay dispersions without going into proprietary in-depth dissertations.

I'd suggest you do a simple search on nano-clays. With this being said, I think you'll find that currently, there is no commercial producer who can supply you with an inexpensive material.

In my humble opinion - I would really re-coin the name of Nano-Clay to No-No Clay. I would only change my opinion of this when I read about realistic availability of Nano-Clays. Until then, unless your prepared to dump much money into such project work, I'd suggest you do a Patent Search as well.

You will find that the Patent field is over the flood stage level, but nobody has really come up with true inexpensive Nano-Clays.
