I am looking at compounding Polypropeylene with an adative of 15% Polyethylene Glycol, could you please advise if the above two materials can/will compound ? If so could you please advise if this can be achived with a single screw extruder ?
Does it require a Vented barrel?
Can you design a screw best suitable for compounding these materials ?
with the right design screw and a 120mm extruder what would be the estimated output ?
Could you repalletise it with an underwater face cutter?
