I want to know details about screen changer,size of screen & how to identify screen mesh.what is the difference between coarse & fine.Pl ket me know.

there are many types of screen changers. On- line type where u change the screen without interrupting production and the other type is where u stop the production to change. On-line screen changers are suitable for tape lines. what is the machine ur trying to use screenchanger? the screen depends on the material and additive being processed. fine screens to be avoided when processing fast colours provided the melt does not have gels.
