Good day to everybody.

I'm facing a problem, hope someone might able to help me.

I would like to know what's the difference between a horizontal and a vertical T-shape die regarding their processibility?

Actually my company hav 2 extruders for sheet extrusion, both are T-shape die but the position is different 1 is vertical and the other 1 is horizontal.

The problem is that when we shift the production of PE sheet from line with horizontal T-die to the other line, the sheet appearance was unchanged, but our downstream thermoforming process facing difficultty in thermoform the sheet.

Is anyone hav any idea about this?
