I am now looking for some methods or euqipments to change twin screw extruder die in very short time. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Profile die or strand die? Die head or die plate?

A typical setup for quick changes may include a yoke clamp for connection to the barrel, a cart or overhead crane to move the die, and quick connect electrical connectors.

It is strand die. Thanks for your reply, Tom C. Can you show me some mould or some pic of yoke clamp. Because now we use hydraulic clamp to prevent the resin leakage.
