I want to make continuous PET tube, 2 mm thick, using polyethylene extruder. What should be the melt temperature and the die design

Your PET supplier should give you some sound advice after you show them - or explain to them - the size of your extruder, and also explain to you the necessity of pre-drying the PET you'd be pushing through your current die and vacuum sizer.
