I will appreciate any helpful comments to check the following design for a screw to process PET (bottle grade) for a through put of 70 kg/hour,can this screw produce 70 kg/hour of PET with an acceptable melt condition.

1-screw dia.:65 mm

2-L/D ratio :22

3-feed flight depth :2.6 mm

4-compression ratio :2.4

5-screw profile :feed 50%,transition 25%,metering 25%
