Dear Mr:
I have a screw the 50 mm x 36 L/D, driven by ac motor ,I need process masterbacht , I can know if I need screw of three stages ,if first to locate of the vented this in 67% of the length of the screw, the second location in where I must place it, also whatever dispersives zones and mixers zones I need and in where I must place them. Thank you for support, the resin is LDPE,aditive UV,fill is wax 30-50%,pigment 40-60%.

I have my doubts about whether this can be done on a single screw, and therefore can't recommend a screw design. I'm not even sure if these formulations are possible on a twin screw compounder.
